Font Delivery

Within few minutes of successfully completing the payment transaction, a Zip file containing the fonts & an invoice will be emailed to your registered email address.

Important Notes

  • Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within 10 minutes.
  • The download link provided in the email is for your exclusive use as per the license agreement.
  • The Zip file includes your licensed font software in .ttf or .otf formats as specified.

If you haven't received your files or accidentally deleted your delivery email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We can resend your download link and invoice after verifying your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Thank you for choosing Studio Lipi, where every piece is created with care and dedication. We take pride in offering secure and reliable shipping services to ensure that your artwork and custom gifts reach you safely and in perfect condition.

Custom Artwork

Each custom artwork is made to order, with careful attention given to every detail.

  • Production Time: Typically 7–21 days, depending on size, medium, and complexity.
  • Delivery Time: Begins after the completion of the artwork (see details below).

An estimated timeline will be provided when you place your custom order, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Domestic Shipping

Inside Kathmandu Valley

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after the artwork is ready.
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

Outside Kathmandu (Across Nepal)

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after completion.
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

We partner with trusted local courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery so that art from Studio Lipi can reach every corner of the globe.

  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days after completion, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Shipping Charges: To be borne by the client and confirmed prior to dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging & Handling

All artworks are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transport. Framed and fragile pieces receive additional cushioning. Gift wrapping and personalized packaging are available upon request.

Delivery Updates

You will receive regular updates during the creation of your custom artwork. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number or share delivery updates via WhatsApp or email.

Activate Inscript Keyboard

Windows 7

  1. Go to Start – Control Panel.
  2. In Normal view, select Change keyboard or other input methods from under Clock, Language and Region. (If in classic view, select Regional and Language options).
  3. Select Change Keyboards.
  4. Choose desired languages from the list by clicking on Add.. and expand them using the (+) sign.
  5. Expand the item which says (Keyboard) and tick INSCRIPT keyboard layout.
  6. Select (OK) and (OK) again to save the changes.

Windows 8 & 10

  1. Go to Start – Settings.
  2. Select Time and Language (Speech region and date).
  3. Choose Region and Language from top left corner.
  4. Click on (+) Sign and choose Hindi (India). Click on the selected Language and click on options.
  5. Click on Add a Keyboard and choose INSCRIPT.
  6. Go back and your changes are saved.

MacOs

  1. Go to Apple Menu – System Preferences.
  2. Click on Keyboard settings inside the menu.
  3. Find Input sources and click on (+) icon.
  4. Find Hindi/Devanagari and click OK.
  5. Default keyboard set will be INSCRIPT.
  6. Choose desired languages from the list and expand them using the (+) sign. Then expand the item which says (Keyboard) and tick INSCRIPT keyboard layout.
  7. Language can be changed from top of the desktop window anytime.
Press Alt+Shift to toggle different system languages.

Software Setting Preferences

Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 & above

  1. Go to IllustratorCC menu. Click on Preferences.
  2. Click on Type tab and activate Show Indic Options.
  3. Create a new document and Draw a text box.
  4. Open Paragraph options. Click on drop down key on the top right corner and choose Middle eastern and South Asian Every-Line Composer.

Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 & above

  1. Open Photoshop. Go to Edit. Click on Preferences.
  2. Under Type tab, go to Choose Text Engine Options.
  3. Activate Middle eastern and South Asian option in the box.
  4. Create a new document and changes will take place automatically.
  5. Draw a text box and open Paragraph options.
  6. Click on drop down key on the top right corner and choose Every line composer.

Adobe InDesign CS5 & above

  1. Go to Edit. Click on Preferences.
  2. Click on Advanced Type tab and from drop down menu choose Adobe World- Ready Paragraph Composer.
  3. Click on OK.
  4. Create a new document and Draw a text box and input required text based on inscript layout and Select the text.
  5. Go to top right corner, next to Quick Apply, from the drop down menu and Adobe World- Ready Paragraph Composer.
  6. Choose desired languages from the list and expand them using the (+) sign. Then expand the item which says (Keyboard) and tick INSCRIPT keyboard layout.
  7. Language can be changed from top of the desktop window anytime.
